What's Included in Every Show

Fully self-contained.

I bring everything with me — professional sound system, music, microphone and all the props. I don’t need power points, staging or tech support, so I can perform in parks, lounge rooms, school halls or big theatres with zero hassle for you.

Easy on parents.

I arrive around 30 minutes before showtime to set up quietly and be ready to start on time. When the show is over, I pack down quickly and leave the space as I found it, giving you 30–50 minutes of focused entertainment so you can relax and enjoy your guests.

Highly interactive.

Children are constantly involved in the show — helping with tricks, making decisions and sharing the laughter — so they stay engaged and feel like the magic is happening because of them.

Grown-ups are welcome too.

The material is designed so adults genuinely enjoy themselves alongside the kids. It’s an amazing shared experience for families, and many parents tell me they loved the show just as much (if not more!) than the children.

Tailored to the age group.

With over 20 years of performing for children and families, I prepare each show in advance based on the ages you’re expecting. Four-year-olds, ten-year-olds or a mix of cousins and siblings — I adjust the magic, pacing and humour so it always feels right for your group. Mixed ages? No problem, I work with them all the time.

Built with inclusion in mind.

The show is crafted so shy kids, loud kids, neurodivergent kids and everyone in between can feel comfortable and included, with plenty of chances to join in without pressure.

A complete Armando-style birthday experience: full magic show, party games, cake moment and a hands-on magic workshop where every child learns real tricks and takes home their own mini magic kit. Let Armando take care of the entertainment so you can relax and enjoy the day!

Centres and schools often have different needs to birthday parties: group sizes, schedules, curriculum links and child safety requirements. I have dedicated programs for each, along with an information pack (PDF) that explains exactly what I do and how I work with children safely.
